How is this different to other hypnotherapy downloads?

Many of the hypnotherapy products that are available to buy online and in shops, although designed to help with specific issues, often have quite generic and generalised content. The reason for this is that although many of the problems that people experience are often similar, the cause and how it affects a person now, will be different in each individual case. This means that the 'therapy' element of the hypnotherapy session needs to be tailored to you, based on your experiences and goals. There are various different techniques that can be used for most problems or issues, but with pre-recorded hypnotherapy audio products, these have to be fairly non-specific in order to be as effective and relevant for as many people as possible.

When you order a personalised hypnotherapy download, you will receive a questionnaire to complete which is then used to create your personalised hypnotherapy download.
