Supervision

As an Accredited Member of The National Hypnotherapy Society, I [Vicki Crane] receive regular supervision in line with the society's policy and guidelines in order to maintain standards and promote best practice. Supervision sessions may involve discussing client case histories and/or details of products/services provided. Where this applies, your identity will not be disclosed and your confidentiality will be maintained at all times, except in the circumstances described in the Confidentiality paragraph in these terms and conditions.

Standards of Behaviour

During the course of any contact, whether by email, telephone, internet or in person, I [Vicki Crane] will treat you with respect and not abuse the trust you put in me. In return, you undertake not to harm yourself, or any other person, including me. You agree not to demonstrate violent or abusive behaviour, to use this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and to use any products or services purchased in accordance with the instructions provided. If these conditions are breached, I reserve the right to refuse to supply any further products and/or services and the right to refuse any further contact.

Payment

Payment for any products or services purchased via this website, must be made online via the secure PayPal service, before delivery of the chosen product or service.

Hypnotherapy Audio CDs & MP3 Files

Hypnotherapy CDs and/or MP3 files should not be listened to whilst driving, operating machinery or undertaking any other activity where concentration is required. Any CD or MP3 file is provided for your personal use and must not be lent, copied or sold under any circumstances.

Refunds

When you [the buyer] purchase any products or services from Hypnotherapy-Downloads.com you understand that there can be no guarantee that your issue(s) will be completely resolved, due to many factors both within and outside of your control, including;

• Frequency of listening to the hypnotherapy audio download(s)
• Use of the hypnotherapy audio download(s) according to the instructions
• Rapport and resonance with the hypnotherapist's voice
• Any past or current medication and/or medical issues
• Any past or current mental health issues
• The level of stress in your life
• Your commitment to resolving the issue(s)

When you place an order with Hypnotherapy-Downloads.com you will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours, confirming your order and containing the links required to download your chosen hypnotherapy downloads. Once this email has been sent to you, the service (i.e. your download(s)) is deemed to have been provided, therefore you will not be able to cancel your order once this email has been sent.
